Buckhorn Plantain (Erba stella)

Buckhorn plantain, also know as Erba Stella (Star grass) is a delicious perennial herb with a mild nutty flavour with a crunchy texture. Ideal in salads but can also be cooked and added to soups and stews. Leaves are best harvested when young, as they are more tender and have no bitterness.
