Oregano Golden
Pretty variation of oregano with a slightly sweeter flavour to the traditional variety. Suitable in any soil type and extremely versatile in use.
In summer the plant produces masses of edible flowers that are loved by a large number of pollinators.
Leaves and flowers are often used in cooking sauces, especially those containing tomatoes, garlic and chilli. The leaves can also be used to flavour oils and vinegarettes.
