Perpetual spinach, or everlasting spinach,  is a great addition to the vegetable patch as it allows a continuos harvest of fresh spinach leaves all year long, Unlike traditional spinach, as the name suggests, this plant will keep on giving, even after flowering plants can be cut back, use the leaves, and allow to grow for a continous harvest.A versatile, nutrient rich herb wich will produce an abundance of tasty leaves throughout the year. Cook leaves as you would spinach and use fresh young leaves in salads.
