Purselane is a unique edible succulent with a delicious 'pea-shoot' like flavour. It is extremely rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and so is a great addition to your diet, but in particular suitable for vegans and people not eating fish.
Can be used raw in salads or steamed as a side, or even added to soups and simmered in dishes.
