Thyme 'English Winter' is a hardy evergreen perennial and has small aromatic dark green leaves with clusters of small pale pink flowers, loved by honeybees. It is excellent addition to your kitchen garden and in our opinion, this is the best culinary variety with a strong thyme flavour.
Thyme is great when cooked with mushrooms, chicken, pies, stews and roasts.
